Our indoor and outdoor facilities offer endless options for group events
Main Plaza
For gatherings with 75-225 guestsGuests both lounge and play in our Main Plaza, where you can enjoy a game of horseshoes or Bocce ball, or relive your youth playing ping pong or twirling a hula hoop. Our Main Plaza also contains our Outdoor Dining area and Sun Deck with picnic tables and benches beneath the tall trees.
Tuolumne Hall
For gatherings with 50-130 guestsOur main meeting building, Tuolumne Hall, features a large event hall with vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows, and a classic mountain feel. A smaller ‘board room’ is adjacent to the event hall and can be used in conjunction with or separate from the main hall.
Coyote Hill
For gatherings with with 40-225Our 3,000 square foot outdoor event area, Coyote Hill, is a beautiful, private, wooded venue designed specifically for large gatherings. The area includes a private campfire ring and has become a favorite spot to breakout and mingle. Coyote Hill can accommodate groups from 30 to 200 guests for daytime or evening use.
Cedar Room
For gatherings with 10-40 guestsPerfect for meetings, breakouts and smaller social events for up to 40 people, the Cedar Room is located directly above our Pool Bar overlooking the pool area. The space includes a private, covered outdoor patio with stunning sunset views and perfect for happy hour or break out sessions.
Sun Deck
For events with 16-90 guestsOur 875 square foot outdoor event area, The Sundeck, is adjacent to the Tavern, Main Plaza, and Recreation building. The area is utilized in a variety of ways.
