Our family vacationed at Evergreen Lodge in August 2007 during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but one of my favorite experiences was taking the excursion up to Glacier Point followed by the 4 mile hike down into Yosemite Valley.

On December 17th, three of our Recreation Guides, Bryant Burnette, Jamie Plouffe, and I, Kevin Perry, as well as our good friend from Housekeeping, Mark Freeman, all went on an adventure in the snow up one of the toughest and steepest trails in Yosemite National Park, the Snow Creek Trail.
